With Mother’s Day right around the corner, I wanted to share a book about someone who is a true incarnation of the Divine Mother!

While the lives of male saints are well documented and in abundance, it is not as easy to find biographies of female saints, especially ones who are still living. That’s why I was thrilled to read Shree Ma, The Life of a Saint by Swami Satyananda Saraswati.

In today’s episode, I share how this book has touched me deeply, and in some ways even more than my favorite book Autobiography of a Yogi, because it details Shree Maa’s simple path of unconditional love.

1) Shree Maa is not bound by caste or creed. She shows her motherly love to all, as is illustrated by her visit to a maidservants house. Maa cleans the house, prepares several meals, feeds her child and leaves flowers for her, all without letting on it was she who did this.

2) Shree Maa believes that all paths and philosophies, though appearing different, are just different branches of the same one tree.

3) Maa says “People want enlightenment. Do not think it is something different than doing for others as you would have them do for you. Spirituality is very simple.”

I always recommend that my clients have a “spiritual toolbox” of prayers and practices that always work to use in times of need. The 91 st Psalm is one of the prayers in my personal spiritual toolbox.

In this episode, I share three different ways to use this beautiful prayer, as well as the hidden sacred contract it contains. I will also show you how to “activate” this ancient prayer with a technique given to me by Mother Mary Herself!

Key learnings: 1) There is great power in saying a prayer that has been recited countless times over thousands of years. Whenever you need a boost in your faith, the 91st psalm is a powerful ally. 2) To “activate” the power of this ancient prayer, Mother Mary recommends “making it your own.” You do this by changing the words so that you are the one speaking, replacing ‘thou’ with ‘I’. 3) When you recite the 91st psalm with sincerity, and you make it your own, you will begin to magnify your miracles, guaranteed.

Holy week is the mystical time of Christ’s life between Palm Sunday and Easter Sunday. The week starts with triumph, then tragedy, and ends with the miracle of miracles!

In this episode, I share my understanding of Holy week from a metaphysical perspective, and how these seven days, from triumph to tragedy to transformation, are universal themes on the spiritual path. I also share how to respond to our own “Holy Saturday” experiences, when one door closes but another is not yet revealed.

Key learnings:

1. Holy Thursday is a turning point in the life of Christ, but it’s also a turning point for all of us on the spiritual path.
2. Everything that Christ experienced in Holy Week, being betrayed by his close disciple, being falsely accused, publicly humiliated, physically beaten and even killed, are our worse nightmares. He willingly went through all of this to show us that our deepest fears have no substance in reality, as we see on Easter Sunday.
3. Holy Saturday is a day of confusion, where the old way is no longer, and the new way has not yet been revealed. The way to respond is to connect with Mother Mary and remind yourself that you are a day away from a miracle.

Money is energy. Love is the frequency of prosperity. The more positive energy you feel about money, the more magnetic you become to it.

2. Healing underearning is not about making a certain amount of income, it’s about having the mindset to earn what you deserve.
