Ageism in the workplace with Kerry Hannon

Closing the confidence gap with Kelli Thompson

It’s been just under two years since we started incorporating AI into our lives and workplaces, but already the field has changed so much. While the landscape is still fresh, a few experts have emerged to guide us, including Wharton professor Ethan Mollick. Ethan’s new book "Co-Intelligence: Living and Working with AI" encourages us to treat AI less like a tool and more like a collaborator.
