Noman Mubashir er et kjent ansikt for mange i Norge, som bl.a journalist, forfatter, programleder, konferansier ogforedragsholder. Født og oppvokst i Lørenskog med pakistanske foreldre var han den første nyhetsoppleseren i Norge med flerkulturell bakgrunn. Gjennom hele sin karriere har Noman engasjert seg i debatten rundt integrering, rasisme, homohat, mangfold og islam.

I denne episoden deler Noman sine erfaringer og bakgrunn og hvordan det har påvirket valget om å ta en aktiv rolle i debatten. Det er kloke og ærlige refleksjoner og erfaringer som er direkte overførbart til næringslivet, og jeg gleder meg til å følge Noman sine bidrag både i og utenfor kulturlivet videre.
