Chef Marc Vetri is a lifelong Philadelphian who made his mark in this city with Vetri Cucina, an intimate, game-changing restaurant in a historic townhouse on Spruce Street. At a live event last week at the Fitler Club, City Cast Philly Neighbors and Fitler Club members had the opportunity to hear host Trenae Nuri and Marc Vetri discuss his new book, "The Pasta Book: Recipes, Techniques, Inspiration."
