John Heinberg, Total Farm Marketing, says grains rebound on Mexican tariff delay, but also hope of a China deal and technical buying.  Livestock end lower with tariff concerns weighing on hogs, but cattle saw technical selling after looking tired and with the 5 area weighted average steer at $209.57, down $1.22 from last week.
