How long is your “To Do” list?

If you’re like most entrepreneurs, it’s longer than any single human being can actually handle. Which means it’s literally impossible to check every item off. Which means you have to choose which items you’ll actually do — and which you won’t.

This can be tough.

However, there is an answer. There’s a way to identify the “Must-Do’s” on your list, and make other plans for everything else. It’s all about defining your role as founder, and figuring out which tasks really make the biggest impact on your business.

Once you know that, it’s a simple matter of using your limited time to focus on the big stuff.

As for the little stuff, we’ll get into that too. But the first priority is making sure that every single day, you do something that moves the needle. Whether you outsource the rest, or simply let a few things not happen, it’s all about getting the biggest return on the investment of your time.
