From the outside, it can seem like independent business is a maze of responsibilities and tasks that no one could keep up with or have enough expertise in. Product development, marketing, sales, hiring, the list goes on.

Isn’t it all just too much? How do entrepreneurs do it?

The truth is, all that stuff boils down to a few simple actions, unchanged since the first human being exchanged currency for a product or service. No matter what you’re selling, or how, or where, you only have to accomplish three basic things — then repeat.

Simple!

Does that mean business isn’t challenging? Of course not. Lots of things are simple and straightforward, but hard to accomplish (think bench-pressing 300 lbs). But the truth doesn’t get any simpler than this: you can do it.
