So let yourself settle,


Finding comfort within your body,


And calm within your mind.


PAUSE…


If your mind feels busy,


Become aware of your breathing,


And imagine those thoughts riding the waves of your exhale,


And dissolving as they exit your body.


PAUSE…


Breathe out the to-do’s,


Breathe out the worries,


Breathe out the plans. 


PAUSE…


And relax even deeper into this moment.


LONG PAUSE…


Now see if you can imagine something you desire.


It may be an object,


A way of being,


Or a feeling.


PAUSE…


Whatever it is, imagine what you want, 


Instead of what you don’t want. 


PAUSE…


For example, imagine a full bank account,


Rather than the pain of not enough money.


Imagine yourself in optimal health,


Instead of the suffering of sickness.


PAUSE…


Bring into focus this desire,


And give yourself a moment to sit in it,


Using all your senses to be present to it. 


LONG PAUSE (2 MINS)...


Now find your breath again,


And feel a warmth within you.


PAUSE…


Energy flows where your focus goes. 


PAUSE…


Feel the warm flow of energy into your desires,


And open yourself to receive.
