Let it bring you here.


Deep into this moment. 


Deep into you. 


LONG PAUSE…


The key to good boundaries is knowing what you want.  


So what is important to you? 


What do you value? 


What do you want to make sure to make time for? 


PAUSE…


Take a few moments to sit with these questions, 


And see if you can see your answers blossoming up, 


Like flowers in your garden.


LONG PAUSE…


Now, look upon your garden of flowers, 


Your values blossoming all around. 


PAUSE…


When we know who we are,


And what we want, 


We can begin to create boundaries, 


That protect our garden.
