Welcome back to Day 5 of our 7 Day Live Meditation Series!Ā  Today, we’re going to be practicing listening.Ā  Now, I’m a believer that meditation is a powerful tool for self-awareness.Ā  And this self-awareness leads to each of us being able to easily tap into our intuition…our true selves.Ā  But it requires that we are listening for the messages that are here waiting for us.Ā 

This practice can prove to be a little challenging, because we’re so used to doing something (like meditating) and then immediately getting a result (an intuitive knowing).Ā  That’s not exactly how it works.Ā  Sometimes the whispers of our soul speak during a meditation, sometimes they don’t.Ā  But because we’re in the practice of meditating, I’ve found that I become more aware of my intuition speaking to me…all throughout the day.
