In this episode, we chat with a long-term mentor and friend of mine, Phil Nicolosi. Phil is a history and political science teacher and track and field coach at West Morris Central High School in Long Valley, NJ. Actually, he was my history and political science teacher in high school for three years! He is a father, husband, coach, and long time endurance athlete. We chat about the highs and lows of his athletic career, running for mental health, how he stays consistent with his training despite long commutes and time-consuming responsibilities along with life's curve balls, and his philosophy as an extremely successful running coach for young athletes.
