Following the tragic news of Married At First Sight relationship expert Mel Schilling’s passing, I’m unable to sleep and writing this at 02:05AM after spending hours listening to Mel's final interviews from the last two years - which I've decided to bring together, for this tribute episode.
As she battled cancer, Mel remained optimistic while urging everybody to listen to their bodies, take a moment to check in with themselves and if you’re noticing any changes – especially in your bowel habits – get it checked immediately, and if you’re unhappy with the answer from your doctor, get a second and even third opinion.
RIP Mel Schilling.
