You may know Sam from his time on Survivor but since then he has been working tirelessly to 'break the stigma of mental health' through his organisation LIVIN ORG. In this episode I talk to Sam about toxic masculinity, mens mental health, depression, how to create a safe space for loved ones to open up and the power of listening.
