In October, 2023, Dr. Cooper was asked to speak about the evidence and practical application of functional mental toughness (fMT) as part of the international Virtual Applied Sports Psychology conference taking place across Europe. Multiple coaches heard about the event and requested we record a similar presentation applicable to all aspects of life (personal, professional and athletic).
