This week on @champandthetramp, we have @UFC vet @Mike_Swick, owner of @AKAthailand and @AKAglobalgroup. Mike “Quick” Swick came on the scene in the UFC after debuting in 2005 on The Ultimate Fighter Season 1. He quickly established a name for himself with his highlight real first round KO’s and he’s here today to talk to us about his recent health issues, life in Thailand and running AKA gym Thailand . Mike’s and interesting persona and extremely motivated and driven and it was a honor to spend some time with him chopping it up and get his perspective on a number of topics.
