I am a lifelong learner and always studying something.

Most recently it's been the success of the Scale tier of my EntreMD Business School. Scale is the EBS branch for high earners—those seeing multiple six figures and seven figures in revenue. I started to notice themes and commonalities that give away the secrets to their great success. I'm not one to keep these things to myself, so I have to share with you!

The first conclusion I came to is that these ultra-successful physician entrepreneurs INVEST UP. They see the value in the investment to become that new person who can do these big things. That doesn't mean it's not scary—I hear their gulps!—but they just *know* the value is going to make up for the fear. It's something they know, trust, welcome. Invest up!

These million-dollar entrepreneurs also become comfortable with being uncomfortable. It's not that they don't get uncomfortable—they do! But they get over that fast as they recognize the good that will soon come from it.
