Keith Frankish is a Honorary Reader in Philosophy at the University of Sheffield, a Visiting Research Fellow at The Open University, & an Adjunct Professor with the Brain & Mind Programme in Neurosciences at the University of Crete. He is the author of "Mind and Supermind" & "Consciousness", as well as numerous journal articles & book chapters. He is the editor of "Illusionism as a Theory of Consciousness" & the co-editor of "In Two Minds: Dual Processes and Beyond", "New Waves in Philosophy of Action", "The Cambridge Handbook of Cognitive Science", & "The Cambridge Handbook of Artificial Intelligence". Keith’s research interests lie mainly in philosophy of mind, and he is known for defending an illusionist theory of phenomenal consciousness, an action-based account of conscious thought, and a two-level view of the human mind.

Lisa Feldman Barrett is a Distinguished Professor of Psychology at Northeastern University and is among the top one percent most cited scientists in the world for her revolutionary research in psychology and neuroscience. She also holds appointments at Harvard Medical School and Massachusetts General Hospital, where she is Chief Science Officer for the Center for Law, Brain & Behavior. In addition to the books "Seven and a Half Lessons About the Brain" and "How Emotions are Made", Dr. Barrett has published over 240 peer-reviewed, scientific papers appearing in Science, Nature Neuroscience, and other top journals in psychology and cognitive neuroscience, as well as six academic volumes published by Guilford Press. July 12, 2021 Michael Graziano: Rethinking Consciousness? Attention Schema Theory & the Science of Subjectivity
Michael Graziano is Professor of Psychology and Neuroscience at Princeton University. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Princeton University in 1989 in Psychology. He attended graduate school in neuroscience at MIT from 1989 to 1991 and then returned to Princeton University to complete his doctoral degree in 1996, in Neuroscience and Psychology. He remained at Princeton University as a postdoctoral researcher and then as a professor of neuroscience and psychology. He's a best-selling author and has written several books including "Consciousness and the Social Brain", "Re-thinking Consciousness", "The Spaces Between Us", and much more. His scientific research focuses on the brain basis of awareness and he has proposed the "attention schema theory" (AST) - a scientific theory of subjective experience.
