My first post in here. Absolutely love everything you share Clare Dimond. It's life changing. 

Just had a really cool experience I wanted to share. 

This morning I went to type an email greeting. My usual greeting is, 'Hi there' but on this email I had it in my head to write a different greeting. But my body remembered 'Hi there' and typed that instead. So the thoughts said one thing and the hands typed another.

Would love to hear thoughts on what is happening.  I think I can see a link between this and those habitual reactions our body has to the world 'out there'. Feels like a bit more clarity on this.
