Your environment contains the places you go and the people you surround yourself with everyday. Everyday you are the one who is deciding every single decision you make and you are in control of who or what you allow to be in own inner circle of life. Everything around us is our environment and has helped played a role in who we have become today. If your surrounded by love, compassion, and encouragement to reach for your dreams then your going to feel good about yourself and your going to work at what you love to do everyday but what if your surrounded by negatively, hurt, pain, and none of your friends or family member believe in you then your going to start becoming a negative person and your going to start to believe that all those dreams you have are stupid and there never going to happen. Your environment is so important for your mental health because it can play a major role in how you feel about yourself, how your taking care of yourself, and how you view the world around you.
