I KNOW it's only the beginning of July, BUT we need to prepare NOW for when school starts back up in a few months! Have you ever heard "Mindset Matters!?" Well, there is so much truth to that statement and I want to jumpstart my new Back-to-School Series with it! Sometimes we try to jump straight to "have a growth mindset!" And I wish it were that easy!! BUT your inner script is built over time and if it is built with nagative self- talk, criticism, and false beliefs about yourself, then it's hard to just change that script! It takes time and a lot of intentional practice!!!

So before the next school year gets started, lets gear up, show up, and shine bright with the armor we need to succeed in that school environment!

In this episode, we talk all about externalizing those negative thought cycles and intentionally practicing on a regular basis reframed thoughts that drive you in a direction of hope, joy, peace, and unconditional confidence. Again, this take practice, but research shows that our brains CAN be rewired with daily thought control, redirection and a daily sprinkle of gratitude!
