After years in the plant-based restaurant industry, she shifted her focus to regenerative agriculture, founding Sovereignty Ranch in Texas, where she integrates sustainable farming practices with her food ventures. She is the author of Debunked by Nature, a book exploring lessons from motherhood, farming, and food.
