We have all dealt with perfectionism at some point in our life, it can be a difficult mindset to detach from. Maybe we have the fear of starting a health & fitness goal because of perfectionism. Have you said this before... When I’m [insert adjective], then I’ll [insert action]. For example... When I’m more fit, then I’ll join Orangetheory.” “When I can run a mile then I will sign up for that 1/2 marathon. When I can lift heavier, I will sign up for Crossfit”
Of maybe you have taken the step to start a health & fitness goal, but you have an all or nothing mentality so you need to be perfect or you aren't good enough.
