Let's talk about how money and how issues around money can impact your teaching. You might be wondering why a podcast about yoga teaching would dive into issues of money. Well, first off, we're getting paid for the services we provide, even if we sometimes offer classes for free. So, we've got to make decision about setting our rate. However, there are lots of issues many of us have around money; stress and worry being among two of the most prevalent. And this can effect our health and how we carry ourselves when we teach. Today's episode gets into ALL of this.
