When you experience growth, you always go through the messy middle stage. This is when things feel really hard and like nothing is going to work out. On the other side of the messy middle is a breakthrough, but you have to push through to reach it. How much easier would that be if you had a process to follow? That’s what I’m sharing with you in this episode.

I'm describing what a high-value growth cycle (or breakthrough cycle) looks like and how completing these cycles moves you towards the results you want.
