On the third ever episode of Much Review About SOMETHING we actually watched and then reviewed The Super Mario Bros. Movie (2023). Yes, it's a complete one-eighty from our usual schtick, but we do that from time to time. (Regardless of what the premise of the podcast may imply, we enjoy watching movies.) So, what did we think of the film now that we've experienced it for ourselves? Were our fears and misgivings vindicated, or did it wind up being a delightful, nostalgia-fueled romp? A new year and a new episode! We’ve become Much Review About Something once more to finally watch and discuss the film that started it all: Illumination’s The Grinch (2018). Will our initial opinions way back in 2019 still hold up, or have we been foolishly avoiding a secret masterpiece this whole time? You’ll have to listen and find out!

In case you’re interested, we actually recorded this episode back in mid-2022 to make up for missing our show’s anniversary that year. Sorry for the long radio silence folks, but we’re back! And assuming the new mixer didn’t let us down, we’re sounding better than ever. On the forty-seventh episode of Much Review About Nothing, horror movies take center stage because it’s time for our annual Halloween extravaganza! This year we decided to momentarily break away from the film review format and do something unique that we’ve dubbed: The Spookyman Special!
