In this episode of the Pacey Performance Podcast, I am speaking to Lead Sports Scientist at Aston Villa Football Club, Jack Sharkey. This fantastic episode was inspired after I watched Jack present at a Catapult meet up earlier this year ar Villa Park. The main focus of Jack's presentation was around multi mechanical modelling and how he uses this at Aston Villa.
