On a night in October of 1993, 12-year-old Polly Klaas was having a sleepover with her two best friends.  Around 10:30pm an unknown man entered the home and abducted her while her mother slept in a room across the hall.  For two months they searched for Polly before they would finally get a massive break in the case.

Polly's story is said to be the first missing persons cases that ever utilized the internet to share her flyer.
