In 2012, 15-year-old Sierra LaMar had recently moved to Morgan Hill, California for a fresh start with her mother.  Though she wasn't happy about leaving behind her friends in Fremont, she seemed to me settling in well at her new school.  On March 16th, 2012 all of that would change when she failed to make it to school.
