Liz Woolley grew up in an alcoholic broken home. Although she struggled with her own alcoholism and two dysfunctional relationships with addicts, she recognized after two failed marriages and multiple serious relationships that her core addiction was codependency. She shares her story hoping that others will recognize the roots of their relationship failures and why they lose themselves in their relationships. Liz shares the hope that is available through Twelve Step programs for codependency recovery and addiction recovery.
