I miss both of my grandmothers and shared the recipe for Eva Walton’s southern cornbread. 1 C corn meal 1 C self rising flour 1/2 C buttermilk, 1 T oil butter and add a little meal to the bottom of the iron skillet, bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes or until golden brown. Then she also discusses a new film project seeking investors for a story of a African American woman Roberta Hoskie grew up in the projects in New Haven, Connecticut. Now she's a real estate mogul. She's spent many a year fixing and flipping homes. Her desire is to teach and inspire other POC how to make a decent living.
