Vision drives decisions: If a person doesn't have a vision of doing business with you, you can’t put it there. “Why” always creates clarity.
In the long run, the hardest people to work with are people who haven't thought anything through.
People like being in control more than getting what they want. Learn to balance this with vulnerability in your relationships.
The power of correction: the other side will always want to correct you to show that they have power. Involuntary response: a desire to sound smarter than to be right. Be careful to not be triggered by people who know this about you and use you to get personal information.
