Rebecca Henson sat down with Natalie Van Beek via zoom for today’s episode.  Natalie is a Registered Dietitian living in Chicago, Illinois. Natalie has spent the majority of her career as a dietitian working with those struggling with eating disorders and disordered eating patterns. After working with a dietitian on her own recovery from an eating disorder many years ago, Natalie was inspired and knew that one day she wanted to have her own private practice that allowed her to help others find food freedom and repair the relationship with their body. Now, she is living out that dream, helping women break free from their own disordered eating and find peace with food and body.
