This week in the Ones Ready Team Room we have retired US Navy SEAL Terry Houin.  Terry and Ones Ready were linked up through some mutual friends of our who you all know, Eberlestock.  Terry was a pre-9/11 US Navy SEAL and retired after 27 years of service as a Master Chief.  He is now a success entrepreneur involved in a handful of things.  Before retiring from the Navy he was an instructor and mentor for aspiring SEALs in their pipeline and Terry will discuss some key points from BUDs, but also the attributes that he recognized from successful candidates while in selection.  Much of what makes success candidates and SEALs is accountability, responsibility, and humility which are traits that don't only make the SOF community successful, but everyone successful.  Please enjoy the episode and give us your feedback.
