HAPPY 10TH EPISODE!!!!!!!!!!! CHAMPAGNE CLUB!!!!!!

once again we are without any guests nor any plan for the episode. despite this we fight through and cover what's going on in the running world and our lives, giving our *expert* opinions and takes.

we recap what were a couple of amazing NCAA XX races before moving onto the Michigan Pro Ekiden and airing our grievances for our lack of an ability to compete. we then talk about a bunch more random stuff and before we know it the episode is over.
