welcome to episode 9!!!

today we are raw-dogging it and going guestless. just the original crew talking over a nice iced coffee.

to be honest I'm completely sure what we talked about for 70 minutes, but boy was it fun. we catch up on what's been going on in all our lives, and do just a little bit of looking forward to the future. as per usual, Ollie gets heckled probably a little too much as George and Morgan open up and reveal some of the secrets of their morning routines.

it's NCAA XC week (aka the best week of the year) so we also give our takes and *expert* opinions on how we think the race will play out. hope you guys enjoy!
