Pam's guest today is Dr. Jackie Bailey. Jackie' s new release, The Eulogy, was published last week by Hardie Grant. It's her debut release and it's a category referred to as autofiction, short for autobiographical fiction - fiction based heavily on fact. 

The protagonist of The Eulogy is Kathy Bradley who is in the process of writing a eulogy for her very much loved sibling, her sister Annie. It's a story about grief, family and loss, and so many other things  which Pam and Jackie discuss in this episode.

In addition to being an author, Jackie is an independent funeral director, an interfaith minister, and an arts consultant - all things which have informed the writing of The Eulogy.
