With Bank of America and Ally Bank pulling out of the secondary correspondent markets and rumors of others doing the same, it is encouraging to see new correspondent entrants.  Our special guest on this program was Kevin Stitt, President of Gateway Mortgage Group based out of Tulsa.  As reported on March 5th in the Origination News, it was encouraging to read that Gateway Mortgage Group have entered the correspondent lending arena purchasing funded closed loans.
