Welcome back! My guest on the first episode of Season 5 is Nicola Pozzani. Nicola is a perfumer, educator and is the Creative Director of luxury Italian fragrance house, The Merchant of Venice. 

The brand has a flagship store in Venice and also a Perfume Museum in Palazzo Mocenigo in the city. Nicola was a fascinating and delightful man to chat to - interested in perfume, of course, but also yoga, meditation, art, history and education.
