From dance to art to getting deeper with your partner and being able to convey feelings and emotions. Getting deeper in relationships is definitely something that Nikki & Brie have both had to work on. 

From cooking for family, jewelry, fashion, and checking in with your partner regularly to finding activities to do together, Nikki & Brie are in the thick of it when it comes to finding new and exciting ways to explore self-expression for themselves and others.

Nikki and Brie also challenged themselves by writing poetry and sharing it for the first time on the show. They miss this practice, so you might hear some more poems on The Nikki & Brie Show moving forward because this form of self-expression and emotional processing is much needed for their souls.
