When I was struggling with insomnia it felt like I tried it all, from numerous different supplements, sleeping pills, a weighted blanket, CBD, therapy and more. There are lots of things that didn't work for me though per common research and reviews seem to be successfully helping people with their sleep issues. Then, with other things, habits and routines, I saw some success in the long run. The takeaway from this show is that it might take trial and error to figure out what works for you.
