Actor Freddie Fox joins me this week, to share his fear of not reaching his full potential. I've worked with Freddie before and think he's a wonderful actor, so I was interested to hear more about his fear and whether coming from a family of actors has played a part. We discuss how the 'feast or famine' nature of the industry creates and exacerbates dears around not working, and how Freddie has used masks to project confidence, with varying success. He’s very open about the pressures of the industry and what kind of man he aspires to be.
Although we recorded this episode before the coronavirus pandemic, some of Freddie’s advice for combating fear is very pertinent to our current situation, so I hope you find it helpful.
You can watch Freddie's short film Hero online on iTunes and Amazon.
