We all start out the same as note investors....wet behind the ears and trying to figure out this niche of note investing. We are all going to mistakes in making our first few bids, performing upfront due diligence, and working to find funding. It's okay to make mistakes as note investors are made and not born. There is nothing more frustrating as a new note investor than to get blasted by an angry and abusive note trader or seller. The idea is to brush it off and keep making offers.

He also shares why note sellers and traders need note investors and buyers more than we need them because there are other sources. People don't need to take the abuse to find deals. Just correct your mistakes on the next offering and move on to the next deal.
