In this episode I am reflecting and sharing my experience with a binge eating disorder. I share how binge eating not only effected my life and relationship with food but also my relationship with myself...
What people dont understand about binge eating is its not just the binge episodes that are hard, its the 24/7 thinking about food, feeling anxious and worried about if and when a binge will happen and feeling completely consumed with your body and how it looks.
I struggled for about 3 years, having weekly binge episodes to healing and stopping pretty much overnight.
Heres how I did it.

Having both been in toxic/ abusive relationships we wanted to give an insight into what these types of relationships look like. We wanted to share why its so hard for the victim to "just leave" and the kind of abusive tactics the predator will practice to keep control of you.
We hope to give you an idea of the "red flags" to look for in these individuals and give you some advice if you are on your journey healing from a toxic/ abusive relationship.
