We are in a studio Baby! I have a very educational and wholesome episode for you all with Becky the founder of Ocean Breath work...

I had the pleasure of attending one of Becky's breath work and ice bath events and from that point on just knew we had to sit down and share with you all the benefits of breath work.

Im just going to say it... being a strong independent women is not all its cracked up to be.

We look up to women who seem to be smashing their goals, bossing life and think...

"Wow they have it all figured it, its so easy for them"

And I get why you think that... but heres the thing.

Being a strong independent women is a double edged sword.

A blessing and a curse.

Being fiercely independent to the point you feel you have to do everything yourself (and do) is a one way ticket to burnout city.

I was a frequent visitor there in the past and let me tell you this...

Its not my favourite city.
