Its been a hot minute guys... Im sorry for the silence on here but OMG July was just a incredible & incredibly busy month!

Turning 26 at a spiritual retreat in Wales... Moving house (again) ... Visiting Iceland
& Everything in between!

Im exited to catch you all up and also share something im super passionate about and exploring more of... M A N I F E S T A T I O N

I have been manifesting like a Motherfucker since I was a little girl, I definitely feel like I coined the "Lucky Girl" syndrome with everything I have attracted this past year...

Im manifesting every day at this point , from whole holidays paid for me, dream clients, to free coffee and even where im living!

This just scratches the surface of what ill be sharing 👀

Back at it was a "Essays with Jaime" episode, she is short and sweet (just like me)

Johnathan is a mental health advocate and founder of Live Without Fear. After his own battles with addiction and experiencing the trauma of loss he was at a very dark and dangerous place where he contemplated taking his own life.

Luckily he stumbled upon Wim Hof and his methods of becoming your own healer, using cold water exposure and breath work to strengthen your mind and improve your mental health.

I implement cold water therapy into my own life and my clients and the results are phenomenal!

This episode is not so much based on the science of this method, which if you wanted to learn more about, is a quick google search away... but about 2 people connecting, sharing their experiences and battles with mental health and sharing the methods that have helped them.

(The audio is a little iffy to start but it gets better!)
