When’s the last time you “spring cleaned” your business?

We do it in our homes, we do with our cars sometimes to do it personally, right? We need to get rid of the junk. We need to get rid of the anchors that are holding us back. And that's what I would invite you to do. Any day. You don't have to wait till the end of the year. It is not something that you have to have a specific time. At any point in time, you can spring clean your business.

What are the things that possibly are no longer serving you that allow you to lean into the future, leading to new and better possibilities because you up that anchor, you cut the string, you're stop being tethered from past decisions that are possibly not even serving you today?

Maybe you're making commitments and doing things on a daily basis that are not really moving the needle and it’s not making progress for you. It's because of that anchor to the past, that commitment, those things that don't even serve you today that are still holding you back.

So, to move forward, we need to lift that anchor, we need to clean out the ship, we need to spring clean our business.
