Every other week we'll be picking the brain of a different creative about something they admire that has nothing to do with how they generate their income.
Delving deep into the minds of our favourite people's deepest obsessions, this week we're joined by goddess Delilah Holliday. The musician and guitarist of Skinny Girl Diet is telling us all about her obsession with WIGS! From using wigs as a tool to deal with anxiety, and the different characters they help her actualise, to why self idealisation is a vital part self care and what we can all learn from the power of exploring who we are. Delilah also tells Ione about her experiences with femininity in the punk and DIY scene, what needs to change about subculture, and the people and places that have made her who she is.
The Polyester Podcast is brought to you by Polyester's founding editor in chief Ione Gamble (@ionegamble), and co-hosted and produced by Olivia Graham (@og.irl). Polyester is a self published culture zine exploring intersectional URL feminism in the IRL world. Have faith in your own bad taste!
