back again with lots of things to discuss this week! we start off with a little review of Euro's and then move into previewing all our races for this week. Olli is racing a 1500m in Lausanne, Switzerland and George & Morgan are racing a 5000m in Rovereto, Italy.

after this we take some time to discuss the new world's qualifying times that were confirmed this week by World Athletics. this moves into a more general discussion of the classic "making the sport better" stuff and our thoughts on it.
