Erik Solbakken, the creator and author of the Accountant Success Formula, joins us to discuss the NEED for an entrepreneur to have a translator (or buffer!) between them and their team.  Apparently, growth mindset entrepreneurs speak a different language, or gobbledygook, that requires someone to translate to get projects executed, to keep everyone on the same page and reduce our frustration.  Also, to be fair, our intensity does scares the crap out of people, which also requires a "Buffer." This is a fun episode.
