On Creating Viral Content with Dietitian Boss Liz 

In today’s episode, Libby sits down with Liz Blom. Liz is a dietitian of over 20 years, a wife, a mom of two teen daughters, and founder of Liz Blom, LLC. She loves helping perimenopausal women lose weight and learn how to manage the “joyous gifts of peri” while enjoying the foods they love. Liz knows first hand that dieting, food, and body struggles, plus putting others first is commonplace among women. She helps women in perimenopause by creating community with her group programs where she guides women in flexible dieting, portion control, and mindful eating practices. She wants women to realize self-care is not selfish. Perimenopausal women deserve to lose weight, gain confidence, feel healthy, and re-engage in life.
