In the spirit of laying out the trinity of total health and wellbeing I give you my philosophy on movement and exercise. Simplifying things to the greatest extent I believe our overall health and wellness comes down to three major categories: Meditation, Nutrition and Movement. Having offered fundamental concepts and framework for meditation and nutrition I wanted to take some time to provide you with my basic thoughts and feelings around the importance of movement. I will continue to deep dive each one of these topics but thought it would be helpful to provide very basic, practical information for anyone to get started on their journey to greater wellbeing.
